Registration procedure:
1. Go to our registration form and complete the necessary information on both pages.

2. Once completed, please print,  and sign the form.

3. Include your most latest photograph and your payment of $100.00 (Cdn. for Canadian clients, US dollars for international clients) payable to the WWIMB.  **Payments must be in either the form of a certified cheque, or a money order made payable to' WWIMB'.

4. Mail the registration form  to:

5. After mailing, contact us at 905.568.5222 in Canada or wait for a response from us. Clients will be contacted as soon as their payment is cleared and your registration is complete.
